Brassica

Brassica is a genus of approximately 30 species of annual, biennials, perennials, and sub-shrubs, many bred to produce food crops, from rocky areas and disturbed ground from the Mediterranean to temperate areas of Asia with ovate to rounded, sometimes pinnate leaves and racemes of cross-shaped flowers followed by beaked fruit.
