Caladium

Caladium is a genus of 12-14 species of perennials from woodland or river margins in tropical Central and South America with peltate, ovate, elliptic, arrow-, or heart-shaped leaves and inconspicuous flowers surrounded by green spathes. Flowers are followed by white fruit.
