Dasylirion

Dasylirion is a genus of approximately 20 species of succulent perennials, shrubs, and trees from deserts and dry mountain regions in Southeastern United States and Mexico with thick, woody stems, linear, spiny leaves and panicles of star- or bell-shaped flowers.
