Cultivation

Plant bulbs in partial shade 20cm deep in moist, acid soil enriched with leaf mould or well-rotted organic matter. Requires a cool, sheltered site. Spreads by stolons. Does not tolerate winter wet. Suitable for growing in a cool greenhouse.
