Cultivation

Plant in fertile, humus-rich, moist or moist but well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade. Prevent spread by planting within a bamboo barrier. If planted in a container, grow in loam-based compost and feed monthly. Will be invasive in warm, moist conditions.
