'Red Legs' is a clump-forming, rhizomatous, deciduous perennial with arching, angled, reddish-purple stems bearing elliptic to ovate, blue-green leaves, paler beneath, and fragrant, pendent, tubular, green-tipped, creamy-white flowers in late spring and early summer. Flowers are followed by spherical, blue-black fruit.
