'Crowborough' is a tender yet vigorous, upright, clump-forming, rhizomatous, semi-evergreen perennial with large, arrow-shaped, dark green leaves and, from early summer to early autumn funnel-shaped white spathes with prominent yellow spadix.
Plant in loam soil (ideally in planting baskets) in water up to 30cm deep, in full sun. Protect overwintering plants by removing the baskets and storing them in a frost-free environment.

The RHS website says 'Zantedeschia fall into two main types: hardier outdoor forms, often called arum lilies, with striking white flowers; and the more tender forms, typically with white-spotted leaves and pretty flowers in yellow, orange, pink or dark purple. These are often called calla lilies.'
